Gozie Ukaga reflects on old times with "Grudge"

The artist who is based out of Minnesota. Also has a successful clothing line and likes to combine artistic visions from both worlds into his work. Using adark and minimalistic undertones to convey and express his inner thoughts and emotions.

His latest release entitled "Grudge" is a hard hitting track, short but eloquently sweet. Offering a brave and tremendously impressive backdrop beat. "Still can you blame me if I had a grudge?" The lyrics are a relatable and personal offering deep self reflection.

With influences of fellow trap soul R&B crooners such as Bryson Tiller and The Weeknd. Gozie, brings an honest approach to his work whilst maintaining a fresh, simple and striped back, organic feeling to his music.

His last EP project also contained a similar vibe with dark R&B tones throughout. It seems Gozie has found his calling with this style and genre. Using his own stories and experiences to create deep rooted emotional songs.
